Job Overview

As a Care Line Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing all incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include handling guest requests, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

This position is critical to creating a positive first impression and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
Record and manage wake-up calls, guest paging, and directory queries.
Assist guests with international calls and provide information on local telephone listings.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel’s fire, life, and safety systems.
Handle guest complaints promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
Provide secretarial services and support for guests using the business center.
Update traffic sheets, airline schedules, and meeting room reservations.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your work area.
Log daily activities and report any equipment defects or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Occupational Health and Safety

Adhere to Hilton’s safety policies and procedures.
Familiarize yourself with fire, first aid, and emergency protocols.
Report security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
